Website Visitors
Like most website operators, Pagely collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Pagely’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how Pagely’s visitors use its website. From time to time, Pagely may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website or service.
Pagely also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Email address, Personal website URL and Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for logged in users and for users leaving comments on Pagely hosted blogs. Pagely only discloses logged in user and commenter IP addresses under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information as described below, except that blog commenter IP addresses and email addresses are visible and disclosed to the administrators of the blog where the comment was left.

Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information
Certain visitors to Pagely’s websites choose to interact with Pagely in ways that require Pagely to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that Pagely gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. For example, we ask visitors who sign up for a an account to provide a username and email address. Those who engage in transactions with Pagely — by purchasing access to the service — are asked to provide additional information, including as necessary the personal and financial information required to process those transactions. In each case, Pagely collects such information only insofar as is necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the visitor’s interaction with Pagely. Pagely does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below. And visitors can always refuse to supply personally-identifying information, with the caveat that it may prevent them from engaging in certain website-related activities.

Pagely may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors to its websites. For instance, Pagely may monitor the most popular sites on the service. Pagely may display this information publicly or provide it to others. However, Pagely does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below.
Protection of Certain Personally-Identifying Information
Pagely discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only to those of its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations that (i) need to know that information in order to process it on Pagely’s behalf or to provide services available at Pagely’s websites, and (ii) that have agreed not to disclose it to others. Pagely has certified to the Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles. Pagely may share personal data with third parties in order to provide a better service. Pagely provides a full transparency report on any collected personal data regarding: what is shared, to whom it is shared with, the business purpose for sharing your data, if the data is required for our service, and provide links to the third party’s privacy policy. Pagely is responsible for the processing of the personal data it receives, under the Privacy Shield Framework, and for any data transferred to a third party acting as an agent on our behalf. Pagely complies with the Privacy Shield Principles for all onward transfers of personal data from the EU, including the onward transfer liability provisions.
Individual rights
It is our belief the individual has the ownership and rights to the data collected about themselves. You have the right to know what we are doing with your data, whom it is shared with, control over accuracy, removal or limit/resitricting our usage of your data upon request.

This recourse provider is available to address privacy complaints and provide appropriate recourse free of charge to the individual filing a privacy related complaint against Pagely.
Under certain conditions described under the EU-US Privacy Shield you have the right to invoke binding arbitration to address Pagely’s handling of your personal data.
Pagely is subject to the investigative and enforcement powers of the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) within the United States. Pagely may disclose personal data in response to lawful requests from law enforcement, to comply with court orders and warrants, or for national security purposes.
